Welcome to the

Supplemental Arrearage Program (SARP)

You have been randomly selected to participate in the Supplemental Arrearage Program.

Here’s how the program works.

  1. You will be enrolled in the SARP Budget Plan which will be reviewed every 4 months to keep your payment in alignment with your actual usage.

  2. Your existing outstanding balance will be enrolled into the program.

  3. With every on-time payment of your monthly budget amount, you may receive a credit up to a maximum of $83.33/month that doesn’t have to be paid back.

  4. Balances higher than $1,000 will be carried over to the next year.

  5. You will graduate from the program when the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

  6. On time payments are crucial to remain on the program.
